Discover why true transformation requires more than just mindset shifts—it's about collective change in a world we navigate together.
You are the only thing standing in the way of your success."
"You can manifest the life you want."
"Where you are in life is due solely to your past actions and thoughts."
Personally, I've had it with these tropes that make it sound as if we all live in a silo, or that we all have access to the same resources and opportunities. It's just not true.
The self-help world doesn't account for things like inflation, the gigantic wealth gap, growing inequality, or deep-seated biases that exist in all levels and communities in society. It doesn't consider that in order to make an individual healthier, we have to work to make the collective healthy. If you ask me, the self-help industry focuses a bit too much on—well, the SELF, and not the WHOLE. Time to show it the door.
We need new ideas and methods of growth and transformation — and they need to be grounded in the idea that we live in a society, together. individual willpower and mindset shifts.
In The Toxic Trait of Self-Help YouTube Live Event, we’ll dig deeper into why the personal growth industry often leaves us feeling isolated and frustrated, despite our best efforts.
Join me to explore a broader perspective—one that challenges conventional self-help advice and offers a new way of understanding growth for today's turbulent times.

My approach is cyclical, not linear. It involves three stages.
Recognition: You come to realize that your current path is leaving you feeling lost and disconnected, and something needs to change.
Breakdown: This is the stage where you start questioning long-held beliefs and patterns, whether they come from family, culture, or society.
Breakthrough: With newfound clarity, you begin making meaningful progress, guided by a deeper sense of purpose and direction.
