"I didn’t think I could quiet my mind—there’s too much chaos in the world, and honestly, inside my own head. But this session was exactly what I needed. It wasn’t about shutting everything out; it was about finding a way to be present within it all. The guided practice helped me settle in without overthinking, and the insights I gained were eye-opening. This isn’t just a personal tool—it feels necessary for the collective consciousness of our world right now."

Join a Community Compassion Meditation!

Compassion means to feel (passion) together (com). It is a practice that all of us benefit from — as both a giver and as a receiver.

True compassion, to be able to feel deeply for another, cannot be genuine if it doesn't root in self-compassion.

We must practice honoring ourselves, in our wholeness, and then expressing that outward little by little as we deepen in the practice.

Join me in a Tonglen meditation session — a Buddhist style of meditation that begins with healing and finding love for yourself.

No experience needed

You do not have to have any experience with meditation, or even like the idea! You can feel uncomfortable in silence. This is a place to begin, and you are welcome.

No dogmas

I'm sharing a practice from the Buddhist tradition, but you do not need to be Buddhist, or know anything about Buddhism, to join.

No rigidity

I will guide this meditation, but it is up to you how deep to go inside it. There will be flexibility and options as we go.

I'm Keri.

As a yoga and spiritual teacher for over 20 years, one of my favorite things to do is lead meditation practices.

I love the feeling of peace that overcomes the space together, the genuine hearts that open, the unforgettable feeling of belonging and wholeness.

While meditating alone has many benefits, for me it is always the community part that really makes this time potent.

In group meditation sessions, hearts change, minds change, and even lives change.

Come and experience this transformation for yourself.

"Keri is an expert in her work. Initially, I met Keri who was my yoga instructor. Keri was personable and professional and made me feel welcome. She has a deep passion for everything she does. I strongly recommend Keri!"

"My health (mind, body & soul) have benefitted from knowing Keri for the past 10 years as she has instructed me in Yoga and Ayurveda. I highly recommend her."
